Abstract
Handover adalah suatu cara atau pemindahan daerah pelayanan akibat pergerakan (mobilitas) pengguna. Pada penelitian ini, akan dianalisa proses handover antar BTS (Intercell handover) dengan cara melakukan pengukuran terhadap parameter yang menjadi faktor penyebab handover dan pengukuran pada frekuensi kerja dual band yaitu GSM-900 dan DCS 1800 menggunakan alat bantu TEMS Investigation 4.1. Kemudian menganalisa penyebab handover failure yang terjadi ketika melakukan pengukuran.
